Five herbs and spices that will boost your health

Sometimes all that is needed to cure your craving dor fast food and generally eating out is adding a dash of natural spice or herbs in your food. Not only do they make your food tasty but they also have health benefits.

a) Turmeric

Commonly used in Indian dishes, the natural condiment is said to help in cancer prevention. It is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatories and is a great detoxagent.

b) Cinnamon

It helps regulate blood sugar, making it a great addition to a diabetic or prediabetic. Cinnamon also boosts metabolism making it ideal for weight management.

c) Ginger
