How to carry out natural facial at home

A natural, plant based facial is one of the best treats you can give yourself at home. If you carry it out on a regular basis, you will soon achieve a special glow that will win you compliments and second glances. This is because no amount of expensive cosmetics can replace good skin that glows from within. Nature has all the goodness you require to take care of your body. This facial treatment will help control blemishes and uneven skin tone. All you need is time and some natural products. Carry it out once every week if your skin is oily, or once a fortnight for normal dry skin.

You will need:

1/2 cup plain yoghurt- This is used to cleanse the skin. The lactic acid and priobitics in the yoghurt will break down dead skin and even out your skin.

Rosewater toner- make your own using rose petals and distilled water. This toner will balance the pH of your skin and is mild on your skin, since it is alcohol free.

Bentonite scrub and mask– Use natural bentonite clay to scrub and mask your skin. It helps control blemishes and leaves your skin glowing and smooth.

Egg white– This is a skin tightener that will give you an instant face lift.

Almond oil massage oil– use this to massage your skin for blood circulation. Almond oil is ideal for all skin types.

To start:

Wash your face using mildsoap and water, follow with an intense cleasing using the yoghurt. Work it into your face and neck and then rinse it off with warm water. Next, pat some rosewater into your skin. Do thks for one minute and then allow it to dry 5-7 minutes.

As it dries, mix a tbsp of egg white in a smail bowl. Rinse off the bentonite and splash your face with rosewater. Pat it dry and then apply the egg white liberally all over your face, including under the eyes. Allow it to dry for 20 minutes or until it dries and tkghtens completely. Rinse, tone and then massage your face with almond oil.

You will be pleasantly suprised by the glow your skin will impart.
